Refund policy

Unopened non-prescription products may be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds are available for qualified services canceled more than 48 hours in advance.

Refunds are not available after services have been rendered.

Memberships, gift cards, office visits, medical visits, biopsy, medical dermatology, services rendered, prescriptions, imaging, ultrasound, and consultations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
